Eh, sorry that I'm not so active at all this year, it's already November and my art count is miserable xD
But I had so many exams, orz.
5 weeks for an A-Level winter final exam? It's a scheme to kill students.

3 more weeks, then I can spell freedom from my revision materials, all the intensive studying I did really took a toll on my health =_=.
Insomnia was ok if I had to do a lot of studying, but it's plain torture not being able to sleep when I wanted to.
Keeping myself away from my laptop and other distractions, shutting contact off from friends and all... I really know how to make myself miserable XD Ultimately, I'm demotivating myself, I really wonder how people stay happy and still get good grades(and have all that money to spend on luxuries)

On the bright side, Gintama's been keeping my sanity in check.
(Or maybe not, it's not sane in it's own way either XD)
The face I made when I found out that this week's episode of Gintama was just a rerun from season 2.

And to think I loitered at my friend's house just to watch the picture spin itself Dx

eh, consider this an art log, or art dump from over the last few months.

Probably the only fanart I ever did of Kuroko no Baske, not so much of a fan of the series, stopped after episode 15.
(But I was sure I drew this because I was fascinated by his icy blue hair colour, how ironic, his name being Kuroko meaning black lol)
Well, not really into pretty boys playing godly basketball, the fangirls are so crazy it scares me XD


Trying to mimic redjuice's style to draw Kagura, but at some point I got lazy.


This stemmed from a joke from a friend who cosplays Gintoki, we got into some random heated discussion over stubble and manliness. LOL

I might attend CF12, hope to catch more local artists this year!

Anime Festival Asia came to Malaysia this year.
This time the place was huge, and we had more freedom.
Well, I attended both days and it was pretty eventful.

VERY LOOOONG RANT AHEAD.

DAY 1
--------
Originally planned to go with a friend, but he backed out at the last minute cause he wanted to go with his girlfriend.
Ended up having to deal with an EXTREMELY annoying classmate coming along, she was cosplaying(if a girl in a random sailor uniform counts as cosplay). And boy, I've never had anyone piss me off this much. She complained throughout her makeup session, complained about getting weird looks from the public, and complained that I'm horrible because I didn't know the way to the event, and that I waste time, etc etc etc (She complains a DAMN LOT)　(`Д´) And of course it's useless to complain to me about makeup!

Truthfully, I don't see what she's got to be ashamed of, since she's covered up nicely in a jacket.
There wasn't anything strange about me either. Complains all the way through the train ride.

Thanks to her I did not really enjoy day 1. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
I had to wait with her for the Butler cafe(the opposite of Maid cafe of course), the queue lasted 4 f**kin hours!
She was persistent on the experience of being "master", and I couldn't meet my friends, or even visit the booths that day, since I was such a GENTLEMAN to put up with her. The butler cafe took a chunk out of my wallet, a slice of cake for 20 dollars!? I wasn't sure, but our 1st butler seemed scared of me(YES. I WAS ON THE VERGE OF EXPLODING from dealing with my classmate), and our 2nd butler(poor guy), had to listen to her complain about the food and everything else. I left RIGHT after she finished up, and when she started complaining that we didn't stay long enough to chat with the butlers.

The booths sold extremely overpriced merchandise, overpriced wooden katanas, cat ears... etc. I did not buy anything thanks to overpriced cake from the butler cafe. I wasn't all that excited to see KANAME as well, my mood was spoilt earlier and I'm not a huge fan. I didn't enter the stage since I didn't know any of the artists(Kalafina, KOTOKO, FLOW, Sea-A etc), I spent the rest of the day fooling around with other cosplayers, getting photos taken and sleeping at starbucks(since I didn't order anything).

THANK GOD I am SINGLE.

DAY 2

I wasn't planning to go, but I attended anyway since I didn't want my tickets to go to waste.
I went alone this time, but met the same friend along the way. THANK GOD NO MORE NOISY SAILOR GIRL.
This time I could enjoy the event. ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉﾞ I was surprised to find a whole lot of Ao no Exorcist cosplayers, I had so much fun fooling around with Yukio, and met a very funny Mephisto and Amaimon, pretty Shiemi, very impressive Bon and Konekomaru.

I've had enough problems with my family, financial issues and stress, so it really cheered me up a lot.

dA's changed a lot of stuff, even I get confused.
(especially the name changing system, I can't remember who's supposed to be who...orz)

so I have 2 weeks before new term starts.
_{though I spent almost a week just eating and sleeping ...?}

before my tablet starts collected dust again.

Hiatus until they're over, and I may pop up at random just because I can. xD

Indonesia quake 8.7, hoping for their safety. It was so strong the tremors were felt here.

Kinda feel detached from dA now, I've been here counting up to 4 years.
But I still like this place, feels far more livelier than say, facebook.
(ain't one of them facebook-worms.)
